Food was excellent, I ordered the crab stuffed shrimp and it was delicious! Although the restaurant was super crowded we didn’t wait terribly long for a table . Our server was friendly and attentive. Fun, lively atmosphere
We ordered fajitas and the meat was tender and delicious. Drinks were good as well; we went for a late lunch not a lot of people. But as we were finishing they started to get a crowd. The place is huge and clean, great service and they have outdoor seating that’s nice, so overall very good.
Great experience, beautiful outdoor patio! Their queso was so good and it’s gluten free! So many options for my celiac! I love their gigantic portion of chips and salsa they bring to the table. Servers were super nice and knowledgeable. Tacos were delicious and had a lot of meet in it too. Would def come back !
One of the best Mexican dining experiences I can ever remember. Highly recommend the chicken enchiladas or goat tacos. The chips and salsa before the meal were incredible as well.
Ambiance was great! We sat on little patio facing the trinity canal. Alejandro (I think was his name) was our server and he was fantastic- so personable and took time to get to know us. Food was very good, especially guacamole and salsa. Drinks were delicious. Watermelon ranch water was my favorite! Great vibes all around.

We’re so grateful to Paloma Suerte for partnering with Food Tours of America to host an amazing corporate event in the Stockyards! Jon and Cara were wonderful to work with, the food was incredible and our guests absolutely loved it! This was a huge event with 50 guests plus live music and we couldn’t be happier about how it turned out. Thank you again and we’re looking forward to many more foodie adventures together!
Food was great. Service was excellent. Had the fajitas. Cannot remember drinks name, but it's a mash up of several of the margaritas...sweet but really good.
